Delete your account

Use this page to ask Alfahr to permanently delete your account and the personal data tied to it. You don’t need to sign in — this works even if you no longer have access to the app or your employer’s workspace has closed.

How it works

    Submit the form

    Tell us the email on your account. Add your name or any context if you're not sure which address you used.

  2. 02

    Confirm by email

    We send a confirmation to that address. Replying (or clicking the link) proves the request came from you.

  3. 03

    We delete within 30 days

    Your account is disabled right away and personal data is removed. You'll receive a final email when it's complete.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile — name, email, phone, photo, and contact handles
  • Your login credentials and active sessions
  • Your workspace memberships, department and group assignments, and tags
  • In-app notifications addressed to you
  • Attachments you uploaded with time-off requests

What we keep, and why

Time and attendance records

Punches, timecards, corrections, and time-off history belong to your employer's workspace. Wage-and-hour laws typically require employers to keep them for several years, so we anonymize them — your name and contact details are removed and the records are no longer linked to you — rather than erasing them outright.

Backups

Copies in encrypted backups are purged on a rolling schedule and are fully gone within 90 days.

Legal holds

If we are required to keep specific data to comply with a legal obligation or resolve a dispute, we retain only what is necessary and delete the rest.

Just want to stop using the app?

You can uninstall the Alfahr app at any time without deleting your account. If you’d rather your employer remove you from their workspace but keep your records intact, ask your workspace administrator to deactivate your account instead.
